I recently visited Craftsman Auto Care and was so impressed with everything about my experience. From the friendly greeting and outstanding customer, service, the comfortable and inviting waiting room, and altogether positive experience, I am happy to find a new auto "friend" that I can trust for years to come!

This place is great. They sent me an inspection link that had pictures of the issues and rated them on a scale of criticality. This sort of documentation can only lead to less frustrating conversations in the future as I imagine these records are kept and you can look back at pictures rather than ambiguous classifications from different mechanics over time. My new go-to place.

I took my car in for a state inspection, and they did a thorough job. The manager personally explained to me some of the issues with my car, showing me the brakes and other components. I also learned a few things about my car that other shops haven't told me about. I certainly recommend Craftsman for auto service.
